Do I need to download anything from the App Store?
No. dBrief is a Progressive Web App (PWA). Open it in your browser and tap "Add to Home Screen" — it installs like a native app on iPhone, Android, or any tablet. No App Store, no Google Play.
Does it work on site without phone signal?
Yes. dBrief works fully offline once loaded. All data is saved locally and syncs automatically when you're back online. Never lose a report because of a dead zone in the loft.
Can I put my company name and logo on reports?
Absolutely. Add your company name, phone, email, website, accreditations (CAI, CEDIA, NICEIC etc) and choose an accent colour. Every report customers receive will look like it came from you.
What disciplines does it cover?
Aerial, satellite, CCTV (including IP CCTV), WiFi / network, audio / AV, and HD distribution. The cable loss calculator covers both coaxial and CAT cable including PoE voltage drop calculations.
How many engineers can use one account?
The Pro plan is per engineer. If you have a team, each engineer gets their own account and branding. Contact us about team pricing.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. No contracts, no minimum term, no exit fees. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Your job history is always exportable.
